Guarantee

Our guarantee is simple. We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will be happy to either replace them with another product of your choice, or refund your money within 60 days from your order.

Damaged Products

Please report any damaged deliveries to Dominant within 3 working days of receipt of your order for us to replace your damaged product promptly.

Returns

Product must be returned to the original point of purchase within 60 days of order date.

  • If you purchased from a Dominant member please return to that person.
  • If you purchased direct from Dominant please return to Dominant.

In either case, we are happy to issue a replacement product or credit, the choice is yours.

To return products to Dominant Home Care Products please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using secure online Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express transaction facility.

You will be asked to register as a direct customer or a member of www.domhome.com. Apart from the many customer and member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.

Pricing

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and include GST (10% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Security

We use a secure hosted payment solution from Netspot to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
