I operate a picture framing business in Coconut Grove and have done so for almost 20 years. One of the problems in the framing business is getting the glass clean. So I ordered some and then started receiving your newsletter, which in itself is very good, in that you put forward your firm’s values, ethics and environmental consciousness.

The glass cleaner is the very best and subsequently I started using the laundry detergent, soaker, general purpose cleaners and bathroom cleaners. One of my regular clients at All Art was telling me about her problems in finding a mould remover that worked, so I gave her a bottle of the same. She came back later saying it was a “miracle”.

I would like to extend my appreciation for your eco-friendly cleaning products. I have been fortunate in the past few months to purchase products from your cleaning and personal care range. As a person who suffers severe allergic reactions to a vast majority of commercial products I am overjoyed at the manufacture of your range which I have been able to use without causing annoying rashes, split fingers, skin disorders, or headaches and nausea from fumes. I find the products perform their advertised tasks in an exceptionally effective manner and the subtle fragrances give the feeling of freshness and cleanliness.

I have recently returned from a visit to the UK where my daughter is studying and even took your products (in small travel containers) to utilise over there. As the water is so hard and heavily chlorinated it was wonderful to have a familiar product to use which I had confidence in being safe, reliable and worked. After using some of your products throughout the apartment (with wonderful results from the all purpose cleaner), many students who visited remarked on how fresh and clean her apartment looked and smelled and could they hire me to come and clean theirs. My daughter has requested that next time I visit, that I bring some more with me as she also suffers with allergies not only to the commercial products but the rubber gloves she has to protect herself with when using them.

Needless to say I am so grateful to your company and wish to extend my sincerest thanks in this day and age to find such gentle eco-friendly alternatived.
